人生的道路坎坷跌宕，解脱的津梁蜿蜒崎岖。

5 P' U7 r' j0 p6 V怯弱的人，畏惧困难，永远不敢仰视高山；坚强的人，身披精进铠甲，向着修行的高峰勇
# `9 h- n4 V, W- a, U/ @  F7 i
; `' d2 ^" h6 z往直前。

0 m5 g: I, T2 S6 PA timid person, dreading difficulties, never dares look up at the towering mountain. A tough

person, armored with diligence, charges courageously toward the summit of spiritual

attainment.

5 U9 S: e1 A. }' n, R2 g山上的游客心态各异，穿着五颜六色，来自天南地北，走向四面八方。然而，只有抵达顶
6 O" O; V& ~% B) {) T8 ]* b
峰的人，才是真正的勇士。
" r* r2 L) A+ Z. V6 r5 u
People coming from various places and wearing different attire all gather at this mountain, they

8 G2 f7 q* ~+ y# o& j" N3 G7 D2 }pick their path according to their own inclination. Yet the real champion will be the one who

  t# p  L2 R8 j( o. `9 B& Wscales the summit.

攀登解脱高峰的勇士，如果具有坚定不移的发心，百折不挠的勇气，一定不会因半路的险

, A. _+ [: F9 P* U阻而退却，也不会被亲朋的悬崖峭壁所隔阻，更不会被违缘障碍的荆棘所吓倒。一定会沿
9 f' G  m; r" s. S' y
着此路，毫不犹豫，毫不动摇地一直往前闯。最终，也必将会到达向往已久的顶峰。将山

上山下美丽的风景尽收眼底。方可领略“一览众山小”的美好境界。

To reach the high peak of liberation, one must first have unshakable determination and

) j% @5 D, R5 hunbeatable courage. Thus armored, the warriors will not shrink when facing great obstacles on
4 r) f: C0 Z" y5 K. `( K) X
4 Y+ f. C: r: U' e6 @! ]3 T! Gthe road, nor be halted by sheer cliffs and overhanging rocks formed by friends and relatives.

$ X; I# K0 j1 `; WThistles of unfavorable conditions cannot deter them. Without any hesitation, they persistently
' X7 G  _) z( J* T5 u$ s
( l) m( K) |- F  r. j/ vand unwaveringly tread the path straight on. Eventually, they will reach the summit of their long

: n! r) ?0 C2 R1 S# \, m( Zaspiration. There, the breathtaking vistas are at their feet, and they will fully appreciate the

4 e1 r! S; F1 X% Q$ z8 vwonderful feeling of seeing “all distant mountains appear shrinking before the eyes.”

* {! [/ m' c2 K) t" H5 e, i在爬山的过程当中，有的人(邪见者)会迷失方向，前往茂密的森林；有的人(失信心者)会

( `9 q3 ^( |  ?$ T" e退失信心，掉头退回原地；有的人(小乘行人)因疲劳懈怠，半途停滞不前；有的人(求世间

法者)为湖光山色所引诱，去往别的地方；有的人(修密宗者)乘坐缆车，轻而易举地抵达

( a2 J9 u8 ?9 q& Q# `7 S……
+ K+ `8 X$ r4 q/ c- }4 x1 S
During the course of climbing the mountain, some (those with the wrong views) may get lost and
; h6 y; M, f" A5 g! i
stray into the deep woods; some (those with failing faith) may lose confidence and turn back to
$ `9 d+ W- M( {$ g5 v. h8 {
( O5 g" c( D; o7 ]+ @the starting point; some (the Hinayana practitioners) could stall halfway due to fatigue and

indolence; some (those seeking worldly gains) may be lured by beautiful scenery and take a
7 }4 ^( v- f6 G& G& P2 j, d# o
3 }# }  t+ ?/ ?0 g2 A1 \9 e+ wdetour; and still some (the Vajrayana practitioners) just take the trolley and arrive at the

5 l- u" N* g- @3 f- l, ]# adestination with ease….

无限风光在险峰。
* Q! t: g7 R. h0 o2 K
4 J, B1 B, o2 L5 W, H* N" _" k" OPanoramic vistas are to be found only at the perilous peak.
; A+ i0 r8 u. j' y& ^. O: {
" l9 n/ Z+ e1 `' b+ e# J( o然而，险峰是属于勇于进取的人。决不会让缺乏信心资粮、好逸恶劳的人轻易抵达。

However, this steep summit is reserved only for the undaunted and the courageous. It is by no

means easy to reach for those who lack faith and merit, or who shun labor and indulge in ease.
