月光 | Moonlight
夕阳收尽了西边的最后一抹余晖。四下沉寂,我等待着“林竹翳如”的夜幕降临,使我得以9 @% c/ ~/ w6 h& @$ A# D* ]/ o6 g
在黑暗中独享南方春夜的悠然。然而,我徒劳了。一轮皓月悬挂虚空,清幽的月色给房屋0 n  \3 u1 z) n/ j
、树林、花园,镀上了一层银白。真是“千江有水千江月,万里无云万里天。”
3 X( a* |0 R% m/ E% w9 |& uThe last twilight in the western sky vanished with the setting sun. With silence all around, I
* F2 a! L6 R3 \. D% j7 k! T& V9 {2 Dwaited for the evening curtain to roll out so that I could enjoy by myself a peaceful night in
/ c, z: i- B! d& a3 ~9 Yspring. This, it turned out, was just my wishful thinking. Suspended in the high void was a bright$ n, V% h- h' P: K
full moon that sprinkled a fine layer of silver dust over houses, trees, and the garden. It was
  L# a% `# S7 a" ]+ }exactly as described in the poem:( q1 M6 x9 z4 C" u) N
So long as there is water in the rivers,' e$ r- E: s# U. Z
Even if there are thousands of them,8 q6 d. `( j5 A9 N
The moon will be reflected in each.
) }2 z9 D# O( b9 MSo long as the sky is unobstructed by clouds,
& l8 m5 Z$ v( tNo matter how many thousands of miles it spans,
% i/ U: x9 ~$ fIt is all clear sky.1 t9 ?7 d0 q  `' S. e/ t
池塘中、脸盆里、甚至下雨积下的水坑中,都无一例外地盛着那圆圆的、光亮的脸,仿佛, _1 E/ ~6 X. C9 H/ L
捞之可得。难怪世人有“猴子捞月”的传说了。
4 y" a- |  b  a" o/ AIn the pond, washbasin, or even puddles from the rain, there appeared this round bright face, as- A9 I9 B  y% l% q0 q8 [! _5 e4 L  w
if screaming to be picked up. No wonder the folklore of “Moon-Capturing by the Monkeys” came2 N; s( q2 x1 A0 O% o  N
into existence.
8 i  S& j5 T! j) @% H1 V的确,无论地上有多少水器,只要水面平静,水质清净,皆能显现皎洁月影。同样,无论4 _, `4 j5 n. ?7 g- ~2 p+ c7 F# L
多少人,若能以净心观想佛陀,佛也会立即来至彼前,为其加持,排其苦恼,令其安乐。) F/ B8 l. `# \' i0 E
Indeed, regardless of how many water containers there are on the ground, all will reflect the, R, h/ ~& v' }+ N3 f4 O, q
same beautiful moon as long as the water surfaces are clean and calm. Similarly, regardless of9 J, Z/ Q; V& s/ O; r8 n1 Q
how many people there are on earth, as long as they visualize the Buddha with a pure mind, the  X+ y1 C3 |6 l' _5 `% w
Buddha will appear in front of them to bestow blessing, dispel suffering, and bring happiness.. ^; C- J0 e- P+ `  m. b/ k) n
《宝积经》云:“何人作意佛,能仁住彼前,恒时赐加持,解脱一切罪。”可见如此做法有- U) F6 L" I6 U
很大功德。《三摩地王经》曰:“散步安住站立卧,何人忆念能仁尊,本师恒时住彼前,彼
+ J" n- n! T1 s1 V' i9 G9 M; w者将获广大果。”也许有人会疑惑,为何佛陀会在转瞬之间来至我们面前呢?其原因是因为
9 n( `/ _! K3 p9 `0 Z/ i* T6 k1 u自己的心无丝毫垢染,加上智悲尊者的大悲力显现而致。《大圆满心性休息》云:“观想彼
4 f& {( j' v! l# F临极应理,此为自心清净力,智悲尊主大悲力,佛说如意成所愿。”( t/ d2 `5 u- p
The Jewel Heap Sutra (Ratnakuṭa Sutra) says: “Should anyone think of the Buddha with faith, the
; x% z  G8 T0 |( O# _! HBuddha is there, right in front of them, constantly granting his blessings and freedom from all
/ {3 l# c5 N0 C& n& mharm.” Hence to think of the Buddha is very meritorious. The King of Concentration Sutra also, N6 B, N1 Y; U8 {" ]) M3 k
says: “Whoever recollects the Buddha while walking, standing, sitting, or sleeping will always be3 Z# k& o7 I3 }' i1 a2 O5 D
in Buddha’s presence, and will attain vast accomplishment.” People may wonder: How could the2 d+ |5 z  l4 t: V3 g. b; `% Q
Buddha come to us the moment we think about him? Such manifestation is made possible by our3 V& [* |8 X  v% W$ i2 z
minds being absolutely pure and by the power of Buddha’s great compassion. A Treatise on
$ Q! ^( c' v. B1 U1 BFinding Comfort and Ease in the Nature of Mind says: “Due to the power of our innate purity and
0 c) p( [5 z* ~2 p  Zthe power of Buddha’s great compassion, the Buddha will approach us and grant whatever is5 A6 e: y4 s! d; _) G# `( X( O, U% r
desired just as we visualize him.”
1 d: _2 E7 S, a; c& p如果一个佛教徒,每天一次也不观想释迦牟尼佛,应该感到惭愧。我们应思维经典中的金
, r& L! B4 O6 I) }- j. a刚语,这样对我们消除魔障、获得信心、增加智慧,均有无边利益。当然,如果信心的器  P8 L2 p# X0 x; W$ I
皿倒扣,则永远也不会显现佛光月影。. W6 x- J; m: `+ z
As Buddhists, if we let a day go by without thinking of at least once of Buddha Shakyamuni, we1 |' L4 P: P4 H
should feel ashamed. We should constantly reflect on the adamantine words of the scriptures,0 S4 B$ [2 L+ ?6 {8 z
which will bring us vast benefit in dispelling obstacles, establishing faith, and enhancing wisdom.% y$ Z6 k  P2 M/ y; h: J
On the other hand, if the vessels of our faith were turned upside down, then neither the moon
9 B  i0 }; r. M8 z3 Oreflection nor any form of the Buddha would ever appear to us.
